Chris Evans is transitioning from the West Coast as he puts up his Los Angeles residence for sale, a place he has called home for over a decade.
The 43-year-old star of the Avengers series has listed his home in the Hollywood Hills, where he has lived for 12 years, for a price tag of $7 million since May, according to reports from the Wall Street Journal. He plans to relocate to the East Coast with his wife, Alba Baptista.
Scott Moore, a representative from Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, managing the property listing, shared with PEOPLE that, “Chris is looking to make a move to the East Coast after creating countless wonderful memories at his LA abode, aiming to be nearer to his family.”
The property is renowned for its “unmatched privacy” and is located at the end of a highly-desirable dead-end street, which boasts top-tier views in the Hollywood Hills. Described as a “private sanctuary,” Evans’ home is not only a luxurious estate but also a piece of cinematic glamour.
This sprawling 4,600-square-foot property includes four bedrooms and a home gym, where Evans prepared for his iconic role in Captain America. The estate, originally built in the 1940s, is praised for its unique blend of Hollywood charm, exquisite design, and privacy.
