Shocking Video: Woman Kicks Dog in Horrific Glasgow Street Incident!

By Benjamin Harrison

Disturbing video footage has emerged, reportedly under investigation by the Scottish SPCA, showing a woman aggressively kicking a dog without provocation.

During a midday stroll in Glasgow’s southside, a woman was captured on video brutally assaulting a dog.

The appalling act took place on Barrland Street in Pollokshields shortly after noon on Sunday, July 6, and has reportedly been brought to the attention of the Scottish SPCA for investigation.

According to a report by Glasgow Live, the woman, who was wearing blue pyjamas, was seen striking a dog believed to be a German Shepherd as the animal was sniffing around some tall grass.

Captured on camera, the woman kicked the helpless dog twice and then pulled sharply on its leash. Shortly after, as the dog approached her again, she delivered a severe kick to its face, causing the dog to be momentarily lifted off the ground.

A shocked bystander recorded the incident, and a friend of the witness later uploaded it online after observing the cruel act from her apartment in the south side.

The witness’s friend commented, “The behavior is honestly so shocking and she should be ashamed.”

After capturing the video, the friend tried to follow the woman but lost track of her when she entered a building.

This incident follows another earlier in the year when the Scottish SPCA initiated an investigation following a video surfacing of a man throwing a dog into the air in a similar disturbing scene in Glasgow’s Shettleston.

The Scottish SPCA has been approached for comment, but the animal welfare charity has yet to respond regarding the investigation.
