Renowned Actress Dawn Little Sky Passes Away at 95

The entertainment world is mourning the loss of Dawn Little Sky, who passed away at the age of 95. Her death was confirmed through an obituary released by her family, stating that she died in late last month at Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Dawn Little Sky, a celebrated actress with notable television roles, spent her early years on the Standing Rock Reservation. It was here that she met Eddie Little Sky, who would later become her husband. Together, they initially worked as artists at Walt Disney Studio, contributing to various animated projects. Their careers evolved from animation to acting, gaining them both considerable recognition in the industry.

Dawn’s memorable performances include roles in popular shows and movies such as Gypsy, The Apple Dumpling Gang, and Rawhide. On the other hand, Eddie made notable appearances in Gilligan’s Island, where he uniquely incorporated the Siouan language Lakota into his acting.
