A police investigation has been initiated following a series of fires that destroyed a caravan and two cars during the early morning hours in a town in Fife.
The emergency response teams hurried to the scene at St Kilda Crescent in Kirkcaldy around 6:50 am on Sunday, January 4. Firefighting units responded swiftly and managed to extinguish the fires shortly after their arrival.
The police are actively conducting investigations to uncover the specifics surrounding these fire incidents. Fortunately, there have been no injuries reported in relation to the fires.
Photographs from the scene depict one of the involved vehicles completely consumed by fire. The cause of the fires is yet to be determined.

An official statement from Police Scotland stated: “At approximately 6:50 am on Sunday, January 4, we received reports of a caravan and two automobiles ablaze in the St Kilda Crescent area of Kirkcaldy. The fires were successfully extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, and thankfully, no injuries were reported. We are currently making efforts to fully understand the circumstances of the incident.”
