Motorists have been alerted about the incident, which was initially reported at approximately 4:20 PM. Emergency teams have arrived at the location, and the bridge is now partially closed during the peak traffic hours.

Recent visuals from the site display traffic congestion, with about two police vehicles and a tow truck present, as per reports from Edinburgh Live.
Traffic Scotland has issued a warning to travelers to anticipate delays. They shared a statement on social media platform X stating, “M90 Queensferry Crossing is currently facing northbound restrictions due to a traffic collision. Motorists should be cautious when approaching and expect delays.”
“We will provide more updates as they become available,” the statement added.
