22-year-old Yuxin Cao was last observed between the hours of 7pm and 9pm on Tuesday, September 2, at the upper parking area of Dumyat Hill.
The police have recently circulated an updated photograph of a man who was reported missing from Stirling over a month earlier.
Yuxin Cao, aged 22, was seen for the last time between the hours of 7 and 9 pm on Tuesday, September 2, at the highest parking lot of Dumyat Hill.
The authorities have described Yuxin as being 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build and short black hair. He was dressed in dark attire, including a hooded sweatshirt, at the time of his last sighting.
The police are continuing to carry out thorough investigations which include reviewing CCTV footage and searching the last known area where he was seen.
An extensive search operation is underway, with the police receiving support from the Ochil Mountain Rescue Team, the Dive and Marine Unit, as well as the Air Support and the Dog Unit.
Inspector Emma Patrick stated, “It has now been over a month since Yuxin was last seen. As time progresses, our concern for his safety increases.
“I urge anyone who has any information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
“Additionally, anyone who has dash-cam or private CCTV footage from the surrounding areas that may be of help is asked to contact us.
“Any piece of information, no matter how small, could be crucial.”
