A Glimpse into Forever 21’s Regular Return Policy
The standard return policy allows customers to return or exchange their purchases either in-store or online. Let's delve into the specifics of both these methods:
- In-store Purchases: If you've bought from a physical store, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. However, you must be in the original country of purchase and present the original receipt.
- Online Purchases: Items bought online can be returned for credit, refund, or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. This can be done in two ways: either in-store or via the online returns portal.
All returns, to qualify for a refund to the original payment method, must be initiated within 30 days from the shipped date. This applies to purchases made through both Forever21.com and the Forever 21 mobile apps.
How to Initiate a Return Process
To begin the return process, customers need to input their order number or ID and their email address online. Please note that the returned items must have all their tags attached, remain unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, and include the original receipt.
Non-returnable Items
There is a list of items which are not eligible for returns, including bodysuits, underwear, select lingerie, swimwear, earrings, body piercings, and gift cards/e-gift cards. Moreover, gift cards are non-transferable and can only be returned for the exact gift card, e-gift card, or store-credit employed for the original purchase.
Returning ‘Beauty by Riley Rose’ Products
The ‘Beauty by Riley Rose' products can be returned within 30 days from the ship date for exchange, credit, or refund. These products, cosmetics in particular, are allowed to be returned in a new or gently used condition, in original packaging with return form.
International Returns
For those purchasing from Forever 21's international retail stores located outside the US, it should be noted that these stores do not accept returns from online orders. Likewise, international online purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.
