‘American Pickers’ Star Mike Wolfe in Hospital: Severe Car Crash Involves Girlfriend Too!

By Emily Anderson

Mike Wolfe from American Pickers and his partner, Leticia Cline, recently experienced a severe car accident, which occurred on Friday, September 12. They both expressed their relief and gratitude for surviving the ordeal.

Leticia Cline revealed on her Facebook that following the incident, Wolfe was transported to Vanderbilt Hospital by ambulance. On the other hand, Cline required airlift transportation due to the severity of her injuries. Wolfe was discharged the next day, but Cline had to stay for further medical procedures.

Cline described the extent of her injuries in detail: “I suffered from a broken sternum, several broken ribs, a collapsed lung, spine and limb bruising, and most troubling, two significant fractures in my lower jaw. I will not be able to speak for some time, however, I am thankful that my cognitive abilities are intact,” she explained.

She emphasized the importance of seatbelt use during the crash, stating that despite being buckled up, the older vehicle offered limited protection.

In conclusion to her updates, Cline expressed deep appreciation for the support they received during this challenging time. “I sincerely thank everyone for their love and support. Also, a special thanks to my sister and mother, who immediately came to support me,” she said.
