The Metropolitan Police described his death as “unexpected” and confirmed that it is currently not being treated as suspicious. The boy’s family is receiving support from specially trained officers.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson stated, “At 1:25 pm on Tuesday, police were summoned by the London Ambulance Service to a school in Bromley, where a 15-year-old boy was experiencing a medical crisis.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson added, “We received a call at 1:20 pm on Tuesday, May 13, about a person feeling unwell at Hawkwood Lane, Chislehurst.
“Our team dispatched two ambulance crews, a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle, an incident response officer, and London’s Air Ambulance.
