Amanda Bynes Joins OnlyFans

Amanda Bynes, formerly a prominent figure on Nickelodeon, has made a surprising comeback, though not within the confines of Hollywood.

On a Tuesday, the 39-year-old actress revealed that she has initiated an OnlyFans account. However, she quickly set expectations by adding a notable caveat to her announcement.

Bynes shared on her Instagram Stories, “I’m on OnlyFans now!” accompanied by a screenshot of her new page. She clarified, “Disclaimer: I’m using OnlyFans to communicate directly with my fans via DMs. I will not be sharing any inappropriate content. Excited to join.”

The star of All That, who currently prices her OnlyFans subscription at $50 per month, joins other celebrities like Denise Richards, Larsa Pippen, Cardi B, and Tyler Posey on the platform, not to mention Harry Potter alum Jessie Cave, who recently started an OnlyFans page focused on hair fetish enthusiasts. While OnlyFans is predominantly recognized for its adult content, it also hosts a range of other offerings such as cooking shows and live streams.

New Ventures for Amanda Bynes

The launch of her OnlyFans account is Bynes’ latest venture. Since her last acting credit in the 2010 movie Easy A, she had largely retreated from public view. However, the former child actress has been gradually re-entering the public eye. In December 2024, she co-hosted an art exhibition and clothing pop-up event with fashion designer Austin Babbitt, known as Asspizza, in West Hollywood.

Before this event, in late 2023, Bynes started a podcast with her friend and biochemist Paul Sieminski, which debuted on Spotify. The podcast, titled Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast, featured tattoo artist Dahlia Moth as a special guest. Initially, Bynes expressed intentions to “interview our friends, and then we’re hoping to take it mainstream and interview celebrities and artists,” but the series was discontinued after just one episode. Bynes later explained to her followers that she decided to pursue a career as a manicurist instead, expressing gratitude to those who have supported her endeavors.

Bynes first gained fame in 1996 with her breakthrough role on the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series All That. She subsequently starred in her own series, The Amanda Show, from 1999 to 2002. Bynes successfully transitioned to becoming a leading comedic actress during her teenage and young adult years, appearing in films such as What a Girl Wants (2003), She’s the Man (2006), Hairspray (2007), and others. Despite fans’ hopes for her return to acting, sources informed the Daily Mail in December that it would likely require a “minor miracle” for Bynes to make a comeback in acting.
